Recovery Foot Roller

The Medical SOLES Recovery Foot Roller was designed by medical experts for use after extended periods of activity and/or standing to help reduce foot pain related to Plantar Fasciitis and other common foot ailments.  The Recovery Roller utilizes a design that stimulates myofascial release to ease pain and tension and aid in recovery of the fascia and other soft tissues of the foot.  The Recovery Roller is made of a special polymer blend that allows it to be placed in a freezer prior to use which helps reduce inflammation and swelling in the foot.
